Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Information System (X1), Kepuasan Pengguna (X2), dan Inovasi Produk (X3) terhadap Kinerja Bisnis (Y1). Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun hipotesis mengenai hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel tersebut yang akan digunakan sebagai dasar penelitian empiris di masa mendatang. Objek penelitian berfokus pada literatur akademik yang tersedia melalui berbagai platform digital seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan database akademik online lainnya. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan library research dengan memanfaatkan sumber-sumber dari e-book dan jurnal elektronik open access. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengkaji, mengintegrasikan, dan mensintesis temuan-temuan penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil kajian literatur mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) Information System memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Bisnis, dimana implementasi sistem informasi yang efektif dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan pengambilan keputusan strategis; 2) Kepuasan Pengguna berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Bisnis, yang tercermin dari peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan dan pertumbuhan pendapatan; dan 3) Inovasi Produk menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap Kinerja Bisnis melalui peningkatan daya saing dan pangsa pasar. Temuan-temuan ini memberikan landasan teoretis yang kuat untuk penelitian empiris lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis dalam era digital.
