Pengalaman Kerja sebagai Determinan Adaptabilitas dan Kinerja Karyawan dalam Sistem Hybrid di Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pengalaman kerja dalam membentuk adaptabilitas dan kinerja karyawan yang menerapkan sistem kerja hybrid di industri telekomunikasi Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan teori Job Demands-Resources sebagai landasan teoretis, studi ini melibatkan partisipan dari berbagai subsektor telekomunikasi yang telah menjalani pola kerja hybrid. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan adaptasi dan kinerja karyawan. Individu dengan masa kerja yang lebih panjang menunjukkan kapasitas adaptasi yang lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan karyawan yang masa kerjanya lebih singkat. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengalaman kerja berperan dalam mengembangkan kapasitas adaptasi, yang pada akhirnya mendorong perbaikan kinerja dalam lingkungan kerja hybrid. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini mencakup perlunya program pengembangan karir berkelanjutan dan sistem mentoring untuk mempercepat proses adaptasi bagi karyawan baru.
