Analisis Pengaruh Konsumsi Energi Listrik, Infrastruktur dan Pengeluaran Pemerintah Sektor Kesehatan Terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia di ASEAN-6

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh konsumsi energi listrik, pembangunan infrastruktur, dan pengeluaran pemerintah di sektor kesehatan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di enam negara anggota ASEAN, yaitu Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Filipina, Singapura, dan Thailand, selama periode 2012–2022. Dengan menggunakan data panel dan metode estimasi Fixed Effect Model (FEM), penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ketiga variabel independen tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap IPM. Hasil uji Chow dan Hausman mendukung pemilihan model FEM sebagai pendekatan yang paling sesuai dalam menjelaskan variasi antar negara dan waktu. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan konsumsi energi listrik, pembangunan infrastruktur yang memadai, serta alokasi anggaran pemerintah yang optimal di sektor kesehatan merupakan faktor strategis dalam mendorong perbaikan kualitas hidup dan pembangunan manusia di kawasan ASEAN.
