Abstract

Karyawan yang berkualitas tidak serta merta diperoleh dari proses rekrutmen, namun perlu adanya strategi coaching untuk meningkatkan potensi dan kinerja mereka. Pemberian umpan balik memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku karyawan. Pada saat seorang karyawan menerima umpan balik, mereka dapat mengidentifikasi area-area yang memerlukan perbaikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran umpan balik dalam perubahan perilaku melalui proses coaching pada karyawan. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk menganalisis jurnal-jurnal yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil dari analisis literatur-literatur yang telah dikumpulkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa umpan balik dalam proses coaching merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk memfasilitasi perubahan perilaku individu melalui interaksi yang berfokus pada tujuan, refleksi mendalam, dan dukungan personal.
