Abstract

Artikel ini membicarakan sekaligus menilai strategi persuasi kampanye dan pengorganisasian tani kopi mikrolot di desa Cipanjalu kab bandung. Andalan yang dibangun dalam artikel ini menjelaskan bahwa strategi pengorganisasian yang dilakukan tim penggagas adalah mengorganisir sekelompok kecil petani terpilih untuk membuat model pengolahan kopi mikrolot dan mengkampanyekan perubahan corak produksi yang lebih ekologis, kepengurusan kebun kopi lebih baikdi lahan garapan petani di kehutanan dan alternatif usaha pengolahan kopi yang lebih memiliki nilai tambah dari hulu-ke hilir. Proses tersebut ternyata menggunakan modal sosial dan media yang digunakan dalam aktivitas tersebut adalah media sosial, media online, dan komunikasi interpersonal juga kelompok. Strategi persuasi kampanye dan pengorganisasian ini cukup efektif menjadi salah satu solusi konflik agraria kehutanan, memberi manfaat ekonomis dan ekologis bagi petani penggarap setempat. Namun demikian beberapa perubahan perilaku atau watak sosial masyarakat belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan tujuan kampanye dan pengorganisasian yang diupayakan tim penggagas. Artikel ini menjelaskan secara singkat pula hasil evaluasi program tersebut.
