Pengaruh Emotional Dissonance terhadap Burnout Auditor Intern Pemerintah Dimoderasi oleh Work-Family Conflict dan Workload (Studi pada Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Barat)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh emotional dissonance terhadap burnout pada Auditor Intern Pemerintah di Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Sumatera Barat, dengan work-family conflict dan workload sebagai variabel yang berperan sebagai moderator. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan kausal. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 67 auditor dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa emotional dissonance dan work-family conflict memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout. Di sisi lain, workload tidak terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap burnout. Hasil pengujian moderasi memperlihatkan bahwa work-family conflict melemahkan hubungan antara emotional dissonance dan burnout, sedangkan workload memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan aspek emosional dalam pekerjaan serta pengendalian beban kerja merupakan faktor penting dalam mengurangi risiko burnout pada auditor. Oleh karena itu, organisasi perlu mengembangkan kebijakan yang mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis pegawai serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mampu menjaga keseimbangan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dan kehidupan keluarga.
