Kepuasan Kerja memediasi Pengaruh Burnout terhadap Turnover Intention Tenaga Kesehatan Klinik X

Tantangan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia pada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan makin tinggi khususnya terkait fenomena kelelahan kerja yang berpotensi meningkatkan intensitas keluar karyawan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh burnout terhadap turnover intention dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada tenaga kesehatan di Klinik X Bandung sebanyak 20 responden. Analisis data digunakan regresi linier berganda serta prosedur makro PROCESS Hayes. Uji mediasi membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh burnout terhadap turnover intention dengan model mediasi sempurna (perfect mediation). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa kejenuhan kerja yang dirasakan tenaga kesehatan tidak serta-merta langsung memicu keinginan untuk mengundurkan diri, melainkan harus merusak rasa kepuasan kerja mereka terlebih dahulu sebelum akhirnya memunculkan niat untuk keluar dari instansi.
