Studi Deskriptif Tentang Persepsi dan Preferensi Pengobatan Tradisional Masyarakat di Kalangan Gen Z

Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini bertujuan menggambarkan persepsi dan preferensi Generasi Z terhadap jamu di Indonesia. Survei online dilakukan di Kota Bandung pada Mei–Juni 2026 dengan purposive sampling, melibatkan 53 responden berusia 18–29 tahun. Instrumen kuesioner berskala Likert 5 poin diuji validitas dan reliabilitas (Cronbach’s Alpha 0,772), lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil menunjukkan persepsi positif Gen Z terhadap jamu, terutama efektivitas untuk penyakit ringan, efek samping lebih sedikit, dan manfaat pada penyakit serius (mean ±4,2). Aspek rasa serta kekhawatiran mutu masih menjadi kendala. Media sosial, nilai budaya, dan norma sosial memengaruhi penerimaan, namun penggunaan rutin rendah. Disimpulkan bahwa jamu dipandang relevan sebagai pelengkap pengobatan modern, dengan kebutuhan inovasi rasa, kemasan, dan edukasi digital untuk menarik generasi muda.
