Analisis Persepsi Pasien Terhadap Kejelasan Etiket dan Efektivitas Penjelasan Tenaga Kefarmasian Dalam Pelayanan Informasi Obat di Klinik Pratama Nur Hidayah

Pelayanan Informasi Obat (PIO) merupakan bagian penting dari pelayanan kefarmasian untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien melalui penyampaian informasi obat yang jelas dan mudah dipahami. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis persepsi pasien terhadap kejelasan etiket dan efektivitas penjelasan tenaga kefarmasian di Klinik Pratama Nur Hidayah. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif terhadap 20 responden menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh responden (100%) menyatakan tulisan pada etiket mudah dibaca, sebanyak 95% responden menyatakan instruksi aturan pakai pada etiket sesuai dengan penjelasan petugas, sedangkan 80% menyatakan petugas menjelaskan cara penggunaan obat dengan jelas. Sebanyak 95% responden menyatakan petugas menjelaskan aturan penggunaan obat dan penjelasan terdengar jelas, sedangkan 90% menyatakan petugas memastikan pemahaman pasien. Namun, 30% responden belum memahami frekuensi dan jarak waktu penggunaan obat serta 40% belum memahami kegunaan obat. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kejelasan etiket dan efektivitas penjelasan tenaga kefarmasian telah dipersepsikan baik oleh pasien, namun penyampaian informasi mengenai frekuensi penggunaan dan kegunaan obat masih perlu ditingkatkan.
