Praktik International Human Resources Management Berkontribusi Pada Inisiatif Corporate Social Responsibility Dalam Meningkatkan Citra Perusahaan Multinasional

Studi ini mengusulkan hubungan antara praktik International Human Resources Management (IHRM) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dalam perusahaan multinasional guna membangun citra perusahaan. Dengan memanfaatkan praktik IHRM yang efektif, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan inisiatif CSR yang berdampak positif terhadap citra perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana strategi pengelolaan SDM di skala global mampu mendorong keterlibatan karyawan dalam program CSR, meningkatkan komitmen perusahaan terhadap keberlanjutan, serta menciptakan citra positif di mata publik dan stakeholder. Penelitian menggunakan metode literature review, penelitian ini menganalisis 10 artikel ilmiah dari berbagai jurnal terkemuka yang membahas hubungan antara IHRM, CSR, dan citra perusahaan. Melalui kajian literatur dapat diusulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara IHRM dan CSR, di mana praktik IHRM yang efektif dapat secara langsung meningkatkan inisiatif CSR di perusahaan multinasional, yang pada gilirannya berkontribusi pada penguatan citra perusahaan. IHRM memainkan peran strategis dalam mendukung pelaksanaan inisiatif CSR, khususnya melalui yaitu (1) expatriation management, (2) global human capital, dan (3) international human resource policies and practices. CSR multidimensi, yang meliputi aspek economic, ethical, legal dan philanthropic, terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap reputasi perusahaan.
