Abstract

Pengolahan sampah organik perkotaan melalui pemanfaatan larva Black Soldier Fly (BSF) secara simultan mampu mereduksi residu lingkungan sekaligus menciptakan efisiensi biaya operasional pakan alternatif bagi komunitas peternak di Kelurahan Maleer Kota Bandung. Namun, hilirisasi produk hasil peternakan tersebut masih menghadapi kendala fundamental berupa keterbatasan jangkauan pemasaran serta manajemen transaksi dan sisa operasional yang bersifat konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi website e-commerce berbasis Business-to-Consumer (B2C) menggunakan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Rekayasa perangkat lunak dieksekusi melalui integrasi Model Spiral yang berfokus pada analisis risiko secara berkala. Guna memitigasi tren kenaikan biaya administrasi komisi pada marketplace besar serta kompleksitas integrasi gerbang pembayaran otomatis yang memberatkan margin keuntungan usaha mikro, sistem ini diimplementasikan melalui pendekatan katalog terpusat yang terintegrasi dengan tautan saluran komunikasi dan marketplace pihak ketiga. Halaman depan dioptimalkan sebagai katalog publik eksternal yang terhubung langsung dengan saluran komunikasi instan dan marketplace pihak ketiga (WhatsApp/Shopee), sementara pengelolaan data riwayat penjualan dilakukan secara terpusat melalui back-end oleh administrator lokal. Sebuah modul khusus manajemen residu organik pascaproduksi diintegrasikan secara simultan untuk mendukung optimalisasi tata kelola sisa operasional secara terpadu. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan secara objektif melalui metode Black-Box Testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsionalitas utama perangkat lunak, meliputi manajemen katalog, pencatatan transaksi manual, tata kelola sampah, dan visualisasi dashboard pelaporan operasional, berjalan valid sesuai dengan spesifikasi kebutuhan yang dirancang.
