Perancangan Sistem Informasi Indeks Penyakit Pasien Rawat Jalan Berbasis Web di Rumah Sakit Dustira

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi indeks penyakit pasien rawat jalan berbasis web untuk mendukung penyusunan laporan morbiditas rawat jalan (RL 2b) dan laporan 10 besar penyakit secara lebih efektif, akurat, dan efisien berdasarkan kode ICD-10 di Rumah Sakit Dustira. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model Prototype digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dirancang mampu mengelola data diagnosis secara terpusat, menghitung jumlah pasien secara otomatis berdasarkan kode ICD-10 dan jenis kelamin, serta menghasilkan laporan RL 2b dan 10 besar penyakit secara cepat dan akurat. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, proses yang berjalan sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga pengelolaan data kurang efisien dan berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan perhitungan. Pengembangan lebih lanjut disarankan melalui integrasi langsung dengan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) guna meningkatkan efektivitas pengolahan informasi serta mendukung penyediaan data morbiditas yang lebih optimal.
