Abstract

BAPPERIDA Bandung City faces data loss risks due to manual research collaboration management. To address this issue, this study developed a web-based data collaboration system using the Waterfall model, modeled with UML and built upon PHP and MySQL. Black-box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) demonstrated that all functional features operated accurately with high user acceptance. Consequently, the system successfully establishes an efficient, transparent Single Source of Truth repository. Future development recommends integrating the platform with Laci RW and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
