Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Komunikasi Interpersonal (2) Komunikasi Organisasi; (3) kinerja; (4) pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Komunikasi Organisasi, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap kinerja Tenaga Medis di Bagian Klinik Bedah Syaraf Rumah Sakit TK II 03.05.01 Dustira Kota Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey deskriptif dan survey eksplanatori, unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah para Tenaga Medis Bagian Klinik Bedah Syaraf Rumah Sakit TK II 03.05.01 Dustira Kota Cimahi dengan populasi sebanyak 30 orang. Tipe investigasinya adalah causalitas, serta time horizon dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka diperoleh bahwa Komunikasi Interpersonal terbentuk dengan baik, Komunikasi Organisasi ini dinilai cukup tinggi, kinerja Tenaga Medis di Bagian Klinik Bedah Syaraf Rumah Sakit TK II 03.05.01 Dustira Kota Cimahi dinilai cukup tinggi. Komunikasi Interpersonal dan komunikasi organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Tenaga Medis, namun secara parsial Komunikasi Interpersonal memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan daripada komunikasi organisasi.
