Pengaruh Analisis lingkungan eksternal, kompetensi inti, dan strategi diferensiasi pada keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan adalah studi ilmiah yang mengacu pada literatur di bidang manajemen strategis. Artikel ini berusaha untuk membuat hipotesis yang mengaitkan variabel -variabel ini sebagai pembukaan untuk penelitian di masa depan. Ini bersumber dari berbagai perpustakaan online, termasuk Google Cendekia dan database akademik lainnya seperti Mendeley. Analisis kualitatif deskriptif dilakukan dalam penelitian perpustakaan, yang menggunakan e-book dan elektronik akses terbuka sebagai sumber utamanya. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan eksternal dapat memiliki dampak positif pada peningkatan kewirausahaan, kompetensi inti berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif, dan strategi diferensiasi mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan.
